Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and His Highness Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairman of the Judicial Council in Dubai Sixteen judges of the Dubai Courts were sworn in as he received judges at Nad Al Sheba in Dubai today.
The judges have sworn before His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum as Ruler of Dubai to judge people fairly and respect the laws and perform their mission with honesty and sincerity and abide by the behavior of the honorable judge.
His Highness directed them to be worthy of justice and equality among the people who quarreled and to be patient, fair and transparent away from relations and special interests.
His Highness wished the new judges in the courts of cassation and the court of first instance of the Dubai Courts success and payment in the performance of their mission and duty to the fullest to take every right.
The ceremony was attended by HE Mohammed Ibrahim Al Shaibani, Director General of the Dubai Ruler's Court, Deputy Ruler of Dubai, Essam Issa Al Humaidan, Attorney-General of Dubai, Yousuf Mohammed Al Mutawa, Director General of Dubai Courts, Khalifa Rashid Bin Damas, General of the Dubai Judicial Council and HE Abdul Qadir Musa, Deputy Director General of Dubai Courts and a number of officials.
The legal oath was given by Tariq Ahmad Azim Jamaa and Ahmad Muhammad Ali Muhammad Amer to two judges in the Court of Cassation.
The judges were also sworn in by judges Anwar Mohammed Ibrahim Radwan, Mohamed Abdel Raouf Mohamed Ghanem, Dr. Mohamed Hanafi Mohamed Mahmoud, Helmi Mohamed Youssef Amer, Mohamed Abdelmaboud Abdel Rahman Gomaa, Tareq Ahmed Khalil Hegazi, Khaled Ahmed Mohamed Shalaby, Abdel Azim Ali Azim Ali, Hisham Gaber Bashir Hamad, Hisham Anwar Mahmoud Ezz El Arab, Ali Abdel Wahab Ghonaim Mohamed and Ayman Mohamed Abdelhakem Mahmoud Ashath and Akram Omar Abdelkawi Seddik and Dr. Magdi Ismail Mahmoud Abdel-Alim, judges in the Court of First Instance.
